This is our fourth, and newest, collection of hand-knotted rugs in collaboration with Designer Rugs where we've taken our existing knowledge in rug design to a graphic new direction, drawing inspiration from nature and the unique Australian environment. Designed in Australia, made in Nepal.

While the design direction has a marked difference, this new collection returns to trademark materials and techniques that Hare + Klein are known for. The unique blend of hemp, wool and silk creates a feeling of grounded luxury and evokes a sense of warmth. A traditional abrash technique is also revisited, in which Tibetan wool is hand-dyed in small vats to create artisanal, complex variations of colour. 

Terrain pays homage to the dynamic interplay of coastal tides, revealing rocky pools bursting with life and colour. Combining textures and hues that echo these natural treasures, Terrain becomes a tangible memory of the Australian coast, perfect for those seeking vibrancy and life in their space.
